It won’t be easy to forget these views from the top of Samish Hill overlooking Fairhaven, Lake Padden and out over Bellingham Bay.  Samish hill is located just east of the I-5 freeway at exit 250 just before you get to Lake Padden (discussed below).  You go north on 40th or Harrison to get to the top  of the neighborhood known as Parkhurst.

The first island in the background is Lummi Island that is host to some amazing views on all sides of the island.
